This was a day smothered in love, grace, singing, and sweetness. The families of the bride and groom came together to help with all the pieces of the big day, and then settled in to celebrate with them, and it was beautiful.
Jacqueline’s dad led the gathering in singing some sweet hymns to kick off the wedding.
The view behind me during any family photos. :)
Since it was an intimate wedding, there was space in the day for Jacqueline and Daniel to go around to all of the tables and spend time with each individual guest - it was so sweet to watch, and I think it has provided them with memories to last a lifetime. I’d highly recommend the practice to anyone who can manage it.
Grandparents at weddings - on a list of my favorite things. Possibly on equal footing with parents. Definitely equal on the tear-inducing level.
Goodbyes are made sweeter by bells. And cute grandfathers.
